The HPE iLO Mobile application provides access to the remoteconsoleof your HPE ProLiant server from your Android device. Themobile appinteracts directly with the iLO processor on HPEProLiant servers,providing total control of the server at alltimes as long as theserver is plugged in. For example, you canaccess the server when itis in a healthy state, or when it ispowered off with a blank harddrive. As an IT administrator, youcan troubleshoot problems andperform software deployments fromalmost anywhere. The HPE iLOMobile app allows you to perform thefollowing tasks: - Operate theserver power switch. - Use theRemote Console to interact with theoperating system, includingBIOS and ROM configuration changes. -Mount an ISO CD/DVD image.The disk image is available on the serveras a USB CD/DVD drive.You can boot from the disk image and deployan operating system. -Launch HPE iLO scripts and monitor theirprogress. - Access the HPEiLO web interface. - Store the list ofservers you want to manage.Limitations: - HP ProLiant servers withHP iLO 3 or later aresupported. - You must have network access tothe iLOs you want tomanage. - You can connect through a firewallusing a VPN or you canopen/forward the following ports: HTTP: Port80 HTTPS: Port 443Remote Console: Port 17990 - The followingfeatures require an HPEiLO Advanced license on the server: iLOVirtual Media RemoteConsole is included on ProLiant Blade servers.A license isrequired on all other servers. Scripting is availableon allservers, but a license is required for the scripting ofcertainfeatures such as iLO Virtual Media. Consider using Wi-Fi when possible.-Does not support third party keyboards. - Does not support iLO2systems. Tips: - When viewing remote console, pinch to zoom,pressto click and drag, and long-press for right-click. - Tap theCDicon to mount/unmount a virtual media URL - Tap the power icontopower on/off/reset the host server - Tap the health icon toshowthe iLO web UI.
